• Been to two parties in the same day. Got a hand cream.
  
  
• Carnage (2011) felt Hitchcockian with characters by Woody Allen. The breakdowns seemed like a stretch though. The question is whether watching a film by a child rapist is morally objectionable?
  
  
• Contagion (2011) was surprisingly quite realistic, at least to a computer scientist like me. The narrative was unnecessarily more complicated than it should have been without gaining any emotional impact. It is interesting how Steven Soderbergh has shifted from a good director to a mediocre one.
  
  
• Returned two books.
  
  
• Gave a presentation. The professor gave bad comments again. Sometimes he had better say nothing.
  
  
• Lost my water bottle. For the second time.
  
  
• Started packing my bag. I am so ready to go (despite my stagnant research progress.)
